Dale, owner and founder of Dale's On-Site Waste Water Solutions, served as the Owner and Manager of Field Operations at Green Pastures Septic Services for over 20 years before establishing the company. That hands-on experience — from routine pump-outs to full drain field installations — means every job is backed by two decades of real field knowledge, not just a business card.
Throughout those years, Dale personally managed thousands of residential and commercial septic projects across Central Florida. From the first phone call to the final inspection, he built a reputation for showing up on time, doing the work right, and standing behind it.
